Dear Tooth Fairy,                                                                                   

    Please help us!  We're dying!   Max has not brushed us in a week, and the sugar from all the junk food he has been eating is making us so sick.  As you know, he has already killed many of our brothers and sisters with his poor dental habits.  We're afraid we'll join them in tooth heaven if he doesn't learn to take care of us.  Can you please help him see that it's important to take care of us?
