Oh no! Sugar monsters broke into Dr. Tooth's dentist office. The thieves stole his posters about healthy smiles. Now Dr. Tooth does not have any posters to show the children when they come to visit him. Dr. Tooth is very upset. We have been learning about health in class so I told him not to worry, my class would come to the rescue!
You will be working in groups of three to find information about dental health. It is your job to create a poster about the important steps to a healthy smile. You will also need to answer questions about dental care and health. When your poster is finished you will explain the steps to a healthy smile to the class.
Each group member will have a job assigned by the teacher.
The Ready Reader will read the information and look up any new words in
the dictionary.
The Willing Writer will record the information on the worksheet.
The Computer Controller will operate the computer.
1. Click on the pencil and print the
worksheet.
2. Visit the Websites in the "Resource" section.
3. Answer the questions on your worksheet as you read the information.

5. Design, create and illustrate your poster. The "Willing Writer" will write the information on the poster. The "Computer Controller" and the "Ready Reader" will illustrate the information.
